We do not permanently store your personal data on our servers, nor do we sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Upon completion of your assessment, your data is removed from our processing pipeline within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Third-Party API Processing

To provide the AI eligibility analysis service, your form data is processed through the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini: Used for AI analysis and eligibility assessment logic. Data is not retained after processing is complete.
• Resend: Used to deliver the analysis report to your email inbox. Only necessary information is transmitted at the time of delivery.
